The security industry has evolved dramatically over the past number of years in Northern Ireland. It has developed into a highly scrutinised and accountable industry, in which Clubsec Management has been at the forefront of such changes.

Accordingly, all Clubsec Management's operatives are trained to the highest standards. Furthermore, we are dedicated to personal and organisational development and advancement, both within and without our industry.

As a result we have our own in-house trainer who keeps the organisation up to date with industry advancements, as well as those from the broader customer service and educational spheres.
